HARD STEEL LINER

Our hardened steel liner is machined to the tightest tolerances in the industry. Special care is taken to ensure that the sealing surface in the bore of the liner is perfectly round and straight. This guarantees that your liners reach their full potential in the field.
LOKLOY PISTON ROD
Our LOKLOY rods for duplex pumps are the best piston rod in the field. Due to our alloy coating they will last three times longer than a standard chrome rod. When used with our J-groove packing, tightening leaking packing is no longer an issue.
FAST CHANGE PISTON
Our fast change pistons are made with a quality rubber that incorporates a fabric backing. Our piston core is made using a quality steel that is harder than the competition’s.  Our changeable rubber pistons are specially engineered allowing you to change your rubber within a few minutes using our proprietary driver, saving you down time in the field. Great to have this piston in your pump when you need a quick easy piston rubber change in the field.
VALVE AND SEAT ASSEMBLIES
We carry all expendable valve and seat parts. Our valves include either a urethane or rubber insert depending on your drilling conditions. Our valve seats are machined to exacting tolerances ensuring the safety of your pump and valve life.
J-GROOVE ROD PACKING
We recommend using J-groove chevron style packing in your pump. This packing is fabric reinforced to hold its shape. It is also engineered to reduce friction and prevent grit from being trapped against the rod, which reduces wear on your piston rod preventing pre mature leaking and streaking.
LINER PACKING/SEALS AND GASKETS
We offer a full line of high quality rubber products. Our seals and gaskets are sourced from reliable Texas rubber manufacturers that produce durable dependable products.
